THANK YOU !
FOR YOUR INTEREST IN CONTEMPORARY LIGHTING
The residential project is the first development project by Anke Summerhill, the Creative Director at Minotti London. A gorgeous apartment located in Barcelona, the city of design. This project is a combination of a clever use of materials combined with well thought out lighting pieces. When you step into the home, you are faced with a spacious central hallway and the majority of the rooms are led off from there.
Different textures in each room is a constant approach in this residential project. Something that may not ever work, but here with both lighting and colour palette keeping it all together, it does! And transform the apartment into a really pleasing space. Duke Floor lamp, byDelightFULL. Click on the image to see more.
The beams help to give the space character, or else it might just be a white box, they work well with the blonde wooden floor, being a bit darker than the floor so attracting the attention they deserve. Lighting on the other side accomplishes to create quite a statement in the dining area, clearly zoning the space and ensuring that its ‘separate’ from the living area. Again Atomic by DelightFULL.
There’s a lot of glamour in the kitchen, the lighting creating a golden hue all around and the tiles reflecting the gold toned light. The brass and gold accessories work well in this space against the dark grey furniture and counter top. The ceiling light is Atomic by DelightFULL.
