Clark Terry was born on December 14, 1920, and if he was alive he would complete 98 years this next Friday. Clark isn’t dead. Clark’s jazz and deep soul will remain on our hearts – and ears – and we decided to throw a special anniversary with a lighting design piece inspired by him: meet Clark suspension, a mid century lamp that everyone wants to know about!

Clark Terry was a pioneer. He was an American jazz swing and bebop trumpeter, a pioneer of the flugelhorn in jazz and composer. Actually, Clark was considered a world-class  trumpeter, and his career in jazz spans more than seventy years. On Friday, he would be 98, and we believe that his work on the jazz music industry deserves an appropriate tribute.

Unfortunately, he passed away on February 21, 2015, but his soul remains forever! That is why DeligthFULL decided to be inspired by his amazing work and created Clark Suspension Lamp.
